LEAP seeks faculty, student applicants

The UAF Center for Teaching and Learning seeks faculty and student applicants to participate in the Learner Experience Advocacy Program for the 2024 fall semester. LEAP is a semester-long faculty development program where trained undergraduate students partner with participating instructors to share feedback on their online courses.

Instructors who complete the program have the opportunity to receive a $1,000 stipend, and students get a $1,500 scholarship. If you know of a current UAF student who would be a good fit for LEAP, please recommend the program to them!

"Participating in the LEAP program was an absolute joy. Although we already ask for course feedback from students multiple times throughout the semester, the perspective and extended conversations we had with the LEAP student evaluators were invaluable," Mareca Guthrie, Spring 2022 LEAP instructor.
